Luquire is the best company ever. Tim assessed my issue on 5-3-19. He was knowledgeable and professional. I decided to have Luquire install a brand new system. Later that day Lee Grimes came to my home with the proposal. His explanation of the 10 year warranty and services included sold me and I was excited for the installation. Lee told me to expect the installers around 8:30 am......Justin and Nick arrived at 8:11!!! Both men started immediately and were the most courteous and kind professionals who showed extreme care of my home...inside and out. I am pleased beyond words. Luquire is a class act for sure. Hunter was right on time, very professional, and worked efficiently to ensure my system would continue to serve me now and in the future. Scotty B was awesome did a most thorough service and educated us on the best quality AC filter and we learned all about MERV! He also cleaned our AC canopy with a chlorox solution and it just shines! He took care in washing out the unit and showed us about the thermostat settings! He also informed us about the Luquire senior citizens discount and we so appreciate that!! Had them come out twice, first tech got the AC running and did all the servicing. In about 5 day same issue, another tech came out right away, was able to diagnose the problem to failing start capacitor. Did not charge service fee (89$) for coming out second time. Both techs were were professional and just nice people in general. Will only use them for all my heating and AC needs in the futureread more

The estimate we received for a new air conditioning unit was the lowest out of the four we received. So we let them install the new a/c. The crew that installed was friendly, courteous and professional. I would recommend them for the price and the customer service, which is so hard to find these days.read more

We are only in the preliminary stages of having our HVAC system fully replaced with AC by Luquire and so far I’ve been very impressed although their reputation preceded them. We’ve had knowledgeable, helpful technicians and estimators our to the house who were able to answer all our questions and advise us on various options, the pros and cons of all of them, and were very likable and helpful. Very pleased so far. We are scheduled to have the HVAC replaced next Thursday.read more

I had a nasty sewer break on a Sunday morning and the crew from Luquire were awesome! They were there right away, were curtious, friendly and most importantly competent in the job. Last night our furnace stopped blowing warm air. I called Luquire in the morning and within an hour Chris Geer, a certified tech for Luquire, showed up and got right to work. He tested everything, explaining along the way (in layman's terms) what the problem was and that all safety systems were working. Turns out the pressure on my propane tank was low. We had the problem repaired and everything is working great. Best thing of all....everything was covered by the warranty. I don't think we will need a new furnace any time soon, but if we do, Luquire will get our business. From the prompt call center to the the friendly, knowledgeable technican and the product warranty we will never go anywhere else. Luquire has a lifelong satisfied customer in usread more

HVAC system went out at 3am and a call to Luquire was answered right away. They offered to come out right away, but I said it could wait until morning. By 7am Nick called to say he was on his way to my house. In just 30 minutes he located the problem and was done in less than two hours. No charge since my unit was under warranty and I have a service contract. Excellent company and excellent customer service.read more

The outside unit on our heat pump is freezing during all this cold weather. We called and Nick was here in less than an hour. Within ten minutes, he diagnosed the problem. He had to go back to the shop to get a new part. Bottom line, the part was installed and everything was working two and half hours after after our call. Nick was courteous and answered all our questions. Great guy to work with, but that seems to be the standard with all Luquire employees.read more

Had a reoccurring issue that seemed to only present at night (2am and 3am issues). They guys came out after hours check the system but it always seems to work fine when they were there. Finally, we could reproduce the problem on the 4th visit, the emergency heat was coming on with the AC. Kyle S. was able to track down a short in the wire in the wall. The 4 trips out, they only charged me for the initial call out as they could not find a problem. That was a huge relief to me and shows they are willing to stick with a problem. I am very pleased. I was ready to spend 5k on a new system, but they resolved the issue for a normal service call. All of the guys are professional, prompt and work for a true solution and just not replacing parts hoping to fix an issue. Thank you, I really appreciate hard work and persistence. Today I had a service call appointment for 8:30am at the lasted. However, Nick showed up early and I really liked that. He seem extremely happy to be there at 7:50am. I was happy he was early because that means I get to work on time. He fix the problem with my thermostat which seem to be tempermental. He fix it and stayed to make sure it was working correctly before he would leave which gave me the impression that he cared, because sometimes a bad tech will fix and go, and not stick around but Nick did. I am very pleased with everyone I have come in contact with at Luquire. Please don't ever change. ????read more
